Dog stuff
First off, if you feel that chaining a dog to a tree is acceptable and responsible pet ownership, you don’t need to have a dog. Go breed yourself another ugly kid if you need something to tie to a tree.
Conversely, don’t let your dog run loose in the neighborhood. Have a fence or a house dog or don’t have one.
In other news, notice how when a pit bull does some good, the headline mentions it’s a pooch and not a pit bull.

Darnit Uncle, when are you gonna realize that all pit bulls are vicious killers that only eat the skin of young babies? Which is why my pittie mix is licking my face right now?
And quit thinking that the horror stories you read about pit bulls attacking people have anything to do with the fact that idiotic dog owners of all breeds and stripes sometimes train their dogs to be abusive and abuse the dogs to the point of insanity and cruelty.
Next thing you’ll be telling me that guns are inanimate objects and that inanimate objects don’t cause otherwise law abiding, rational, sane people to commit crimes from out of the blue.

Better chained to a tree than able to chase me when I jog past. I agree a fence is better, but chaining is definitely better than free roam.
