Perfectly normal behavior. I made my parents rue the day they taught me “hide-n-seek” every time we went to a department store.

It’s Code Adam at Wal Mart, in case it comes up in the future…

It’s Code Adam most places. referencing a specific child abducted from a store many years ago. Adam’s father is, IIRC, the host of America’s Most Wanted.
Code Yellow sounds like a bodily fluid spill.
