it might be funny to you, but could you please find some other entertainment? because there's too many people who say that kind of shite and believe it for it to be really funny to most of the rest of us.

it's sort of like if there were all these idjits walking around believing that just so long as they get their pay checks on time, then the economy therefore must obviously be doing well, and if they aren't falling behind on their mortgages then the national debt can't possibly be growing either... and then you think it's funny to come along and humorously, satirically agree with them. even though that just makes them believe their foolishness even harder.

seriously, it's attitudes like that that're going to ensure the wheat-growing zone really will shift northwards into canada within another generation's time or so. we'll still likely be getting snowfall in the winters even after that happens, but d'ya think that happening might just possibly make just a little difference regardless?

Well if we can believe Al Gore that Bill Clinton "will be remembered by history as one of our greatest Presidents" how can we possibly doubt him on global warming ... oops, excuse me ... climate change.

What I don't get is this: I live in a cold climate. I burn fuel to warm my house and thus contribute to global warming according to Mr. Gore. But as the globe warms, I need to burn less fuel. So I'm actually contributing to less global warming eventually. But if Mr. Gore would like to buy me a hundred room mansion in Tennessee right now...?

Maybe those tomato plants should have been indoors under lights.
