Actually, while he may not get a fair trial, it is healing for the country to see what he had become. To see the years of proproganda he prepetuated washed away every time he talks is somthing that warms the heart.

For bindings i suggest a straight jaket.

The significance of the Saddam trial is that it should enforce the idea that a credible justice system is in effect in Iraq. Or at least that such a system is being founded. -SayUncle

Of course, all the judges were trained by the US. We wrote their constitution too. This is a show trial, a kangaroo court that was put together as pure propaganda. No way Saddam can get a fair trial.

That being said, I think he’s a bad guy and deserves to be punished.

Maybe if two more of his attorneys get murdered he’ll start to behave.
