I don’t believe that the antis think they could actually disarm America so much as they dream of trying. It’s the dream of kicking in doors and killing significant numbers of their political enemies (or rather, of having someone ELSE do all that) which keeps them going. They miss the splendor of the Ruby Ridge, Idaho / Waco, Texas raids.
The world is overpopulated anyway, as they’ve chosen to see it, so a bit of good old fashioned culling (reduction of the “deplorable carbon footprint”) would be an accomplishment in itself. They believe this crap with a religious fervor. Another mass kill-off in the U.S. (besides the Civil War) would be like a leftist Second Coming.

The Afghanistan War is an absurd abuse of our military. The alleged perps of 9-11 were most all Saudis. And countries, or enemies using countries as staging grounds could only attack us IF we allow them to enter and stay. Afghanistan otherwise has NO military delivery means to attack the U. S. There should have only been a Constitutional “Letter of Marqui and Reprisal” to destroy the perps and then LEAVE! The other would have been a Declaration of War and then use ALL MEANS NECESSARY to end the threat ASAP! Those in our supposed “leadership” who send our military to be used and abused, maimed and killed in these UNCONSTITUTUONAL, ILLEGAL wars of attrition are “domestic enemies” to the Republic!
