Kleenex sold “man-sized” tissues in the U.S. in the 1970s, with manly designs on the boxes. Maybe they were for manly men, doing manly things, who had to blow their nose, but my family used to buy them when people in the family had colds, since the bigger tissue did a better job under those circumstances. They faded out, probably not because of “sexism” but the cost of producing a special large size.

I prefer the man-sized too, I am a 5’2″ 105 lb female, the “regular” sized ones are not enough. Men are larger, that is not sexism it is common sense.. If I need a larger Kleenex I know most men will.
