Interesting that he proposes this the same day that a newspaper in Oregon states that the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, responsible for engineering the market and the supply for pot in that State, screwed up, allowed too many grows and ran a 300% surplus last year.

When a racket becomes lucrative enough, it stops buying cops and local politicians retail and buys politicians wholesale. Look at gambling and pron for two of them.
There’s a lot of money to be made peddling marijuana and the taxes on it will be the smaller part of it. Still, outright legalization is better than the fake science medicalization.

He’s pretty good at connecting with some types of people and
