“But it takes TWO to make a fight!”
“yeah; one perpetrator and one victim.”

My son and daughter had that same rule, promulgated by my wife and I, explained to them in depth when they started school. And I suspect they both respected the rules of their parents more than any state supreme court decision at the time.

  3. ExpatNJ Says:

Betcha that school district appeals this to SCOTUS. They can’t allow this challenge to their authority …

These days, its surprising that altercations wouldn’t be caught on tape, considering the amount of cameras in schools (and growing). Some operated by the school, some by the students.

Let technology work for you: if you must send your children to a government school, equip them with ‘Google Glasses’ or ‘Spy Pens’. Just put it on a recording loop.

“This is how you catch the bad guys today. You get them on video”.
