But narrative!

The Florida shooter used ten round magazines because 30 rounders wouldn’t fit in his bag.

And his gun apparently jammed:

The weapon and bullets were not high quality and were breaking apart,

Anyone know the brand?

    Zamak.

  2. Rob K Says:

NPR reported that it was a S&W MP15

  3. Jailer Says:

My guess would be Wolf ammo.

  4. wizardpc Says:

My guess is that it was the m&p15 with no forward assist wolf ammo.

  5. Divemedic Says:

S&W. The Wolf ammo theory fits. He fired 100 rounds in less than 2 minutes. The lacquer on Wolf is notorious for melting and jamming up the AR platform when chambered in a hot weapon.

One of the teachers reported seeing a shooter in her hall, just before she closed her classroom door and has hit in the arm. She said he had on helmet, visor and bullet proof vest. I suppose those items also kept him from carrying standard capacity mags in his bag , so he resorted to the 10 rounders–which, BTW, was in compliance with the last (1994-2004) AWB.

The teacher also reported that “he had a rifle that I had never seen before”. I don’t know, but I inferred from her that it was not a typical “AR-15” looking rifle.

I think the video may still be available, but it doesn’t quite fit with the mainstream narrative.

Hmmm, I just searched YouTube for the Florida teacher video, but I couldn’t find it.

So here it is saved by an alleged “conspiracy theorist” site, the videos of which, YouTube is threatening to ban for one more “violation” of going outside mainstream narrative.

But this link saves the video from a “Good Morning America” interview:

I haven’t seen any interviews of the Uber driver?

  9. Rilly Billy Says:

I love the fetish porn with these posts. Wow. Just go ahead and say “he would have done a better job with better equipment.”

  10. Ron W Says:

    @Rilly Billy,

He quite likely wouldn’t have done a “job” at all if the local and Fed LEO’s had done their duties to obey and enforce CURRENT laws. The perp was the primary culprit and secondarily, government derelicts.

  11. Tam Says:

The only source for the “10 round mag” claim is a lone FL state senator quoted in the Miami Herald. We don’t know if they know 100 bullet round clips from the shoulder thing that goes up or not.

LE sources were quoted as saying the shooter’s weapon was found with 180 rounds loaded into six full magazines.

I think I’d wait until we see the junk on the bunk display before we buy into any “10 round mag” wish fulfillment. Dude would have had to mail-order the things in FL.

  12. Ron W Says:

@Tam, “wait until we see”? Where are the surveillance cam videos, or did the school not have them? But the math fits, 6×30=180 , LE sources. And 30 rd mags of 5.56 should fit in a bag with a short barrel semi auto, possible collapsible buttstock, rifle. What did the Uber driver who allegedly delivered the perp see?

  13. AR-15 Shooter Says:

The problem is not in magazine or AR-15s. Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

  14. Ron W Says:

@AR-15 Shooter, right! Thanks for re-directing. But I think it was about how the perp got his rifle, ammo mags , helmet, and other SWAT gear in.

And then a bunch of men came with “assault weapons on the streets”. They always come AFTER…with what they SAY “no one needs…”

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
