Well, did they not literally ask for it? Demand it, even?
I suppose we’re on the way to the same place, being that the only disagreements between Democrats and Republicans are on how best to become more socialist and who will be in charge of the process. Take away the socialism we already have, and people would riot in the streets and not stop ’till you killed ’em. They’re rioting for more of that shit right now.

This is a wonderful example of a totalitarian bureaucracy continuing to dictate its madness, idiotically realigning the deck chairs even as the Titanic ship of state sinks ever more rapidly beneath the waves.
I, for one, hope the lamp posts in downtown Caracas end up adorned with government members, each with a dead rabbit attached. It would make a picture to rival that of Mussolini and his wife.

Insects offer a lot of protein. If Venezuela were to get her citizens to adopt insect protein, we would witness one more miracle of socialism: they’d run out of insects.

A good Samaritan from Europe sent over a few dozen meat breed rabbits to N Korea to help alleviate their starvation problems by raising them as an inexpensive food source.
The bigwigs ate them all.

Socialism will not have run its full course until the mass die-offs are accomplished. Venezuela is only just getting started.
