An arrest has been made for the murder of border agent Brian Terry. He was murdered by a gun that the Obama administration let “walk” into Mexico for some reason.

hunh. that means the firearm that was used to kill the BP agent will be introduced as evidence, then the provenance of that firearm will be discussed, and Eric Holder’s name will be placed once again in the public record as a person who in some way facilitated a homicide of a Federal law enforcement officer?
Only the GOP could fsck this up.

Holder left out the (not doubt coincidentally simultaneous) effort by Obama and Hillary to implement severe restrictions on firearm sales, without legislation, in areas close to the US borders (you know, 100 or 200 miles from the border, or over most of the US).

He was murdered “by someone using a gun”, not by the gun, unless the gun was sentient.
And the reason the guns were allowed to walk is obvious. The plan was to point at the U.S. sold weapons that were being used in crimes in Mexico as an excuse for more gun control. The only reason that didn’t happen is that their criminal actions came to light.

ASM826 beat me to it. Guns don’t kill people, nor do they walk unless they have legs. Words mean things, and in this society where insanity is mainstream, it is important to keep that in mind.
Yes; Obama and Holder, and maybe even Bush 43 and others, wanted to make something bad happen and then blame it on America’s “gun fetish” so they could further violate the second amendment without as much public outcry as usual. It’s the Progressive Way.
The question is whether anyone will ever be brought to justice for perpetrating that scheme.

Bush 43 was anti gun. He would have signed a renewal of the Clinton AWB in 2004, but the Republican House, to their credit, refused to bring it up for a vote.

Please, if that was Bush’s plan he would have had Wide Receiver accelerated instead of shutting it down. While not a stalwart friend of gun rights, neither was he malicious.
