News you can use

If you touch a pistol brace to your shoulder are you in trouble?

Probably not. But it is ATF so I’d probably not video myself doing it. It was interesting to me that at the Nashville NRA Sig booth, all of the brace equipped guns were legally SBRs. I suppose just in case.

If a tree falls in the woods and the ATF is not there to hear it…

No background checks or 8 month waits for licensed manufacturers.

They can bankrupt you on a horseshit charge…but can’t they do that anyway just by charging you with non-sense?

I see both sides of the argument, both have valid points. Sadly, all my braced guns were lost in the canoe accident of 2013.

Considering the surging popularity of pistol caliber carbines, maybe there’s hope for the legitimization of pistols with shoulder stocks.

Just think, a completely new form of accessory for all teh Glox.

The ATF opinion about shouldering a pistol brace wasn’t written by an attorney. In Tennessee you can go to jail for practicing law without a license.

But then ironically you may legally represent yourself when the charge is brought to trial!

This is the problem with regs right here. The stupid burns.

His argument is based on “Intent,” and the idea that how you use it doesn’t change what it is. But if you’ve ever seen basically any household product where it says “It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling” then you can see the potential problem with his argument.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
