A gun control group and some millenials are butthurt that the NRA can actually by ads:

But that’s not what seems to have happened. SnapChat sells ads. Obviously, they want ad money. Makes perfect sense to reach out to those on either side of the issue. Letting one side know that was possible while trying to sell them ads is a sales technique.
