Truth in the media about guns

Actual headline: Court says a gun’s looks matter more than its function (yes, really)

  1. Patrick Henry, the 2nd Says:

That’s really the crux of their argument. “This gun is banned because its scary looking”.

  2. Ron W Says:

When rabid anti-gun senator, Feinstein, proposed an AWB a few years ago, there was a detailed list of banned guns which had the scary features. I noticed a glaring exception, because I had recently purchased one, the M1A (semi-auto version of the M14) which is a conventional looking rifle and uses the much more powerful round (.308/7.62×51) than the scary evil black rifles.

  3. Billll Says:

There is a line in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy in which a gun is described as having been designed in such a way as to leave absolutely no doubt in anyone’s mind that there was a right end and a wrong end, and anyone it was being pointed at was on the wrong end.

Aesthetically, what else would you want?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
