SIG Sauer P320 X-Five Pistol

This has my interest:

It’s a decent looking gun. Tam’s work with them has interested me in finding one to play around with. I’m leery of getting to involved with one since switching carry guns is time-consuming and expensive.

p320s are fantastic pistols. my primary ccw is a 320c and I have a 320RX to go with it.

I’ve shot the P320. Its trigger is much better out of the box than the Glock or M&P. At the top end of trigger jobs, done by true gunsmiths, the P320 trigger is still better, but the margin isn’t as significant.

If I had a single Glock or M&P, I’d switch to a P320 in a heartbeat. If I had 3+, it’s not worth it to switch for most people.

I will say that I talked with Phil about this gun at a match last year, and it sounds like this is probably the only striker fired competition gun that would be truly competitive against the steel-frame CZs and Tangfolios in USPSA.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
