Guns in movies

An interesting read over at The Economist on movie guns, where they come from, and charts on types of guns in movies. The MP5 up and down is interesting. Odd that I don’t see AR-15s listed.

I like what PARA USA did. Now if all the other gun companies would do the same, we’d see so many ‘celebrities’ who make their money off of gun movies go broke.

  2. AllenF Says:

So… the GLOCK 17 is not widely produced and is a rare firearm? Uh… Sure, why not?

  3. Daniel in Brookline Says:

AllenF: I think they meant the Glock 7. You know, from Germany. It’s a porcelain gun, so it doesn’t show up on your airport X-ray machines. And so forth…

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
