Assault weapon v. assault rifle

One exists and the other is made up construct created by gun grabbers to make common guns sound scary. While I appreciate the effort at attempting to explain this to the media, my guess is they won’t listen. And if they do, they won’t care. Because narrative.

Of course they won’t care (“assault weapon” is a lie made up to support the narrative) but it’s fun to mess with them.

Still; the “conservative” pundits need to know what’s what, and they clearly don’t (they’re the ones telling us that assault rifles don’t exist, thinking themselves clever – I heard both Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh make that same mistake in the span of a week), which is why I made the post. It is for their sake, and I do hope they eventually get a damn clue. If I could grab them by their shirt collars, shake them a little bit and drill the facts into them I would, but a blog post will have to do for now.

How about we stick with Armalite Rifle just to mess with them?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
