Well… he did follow the guy down the hall into the elevator after the threat to his wife was over. I think he should be charged with something.
I’m thinking “littering” would be appropriate.

In NY, they’ll likely be exploring the possibility of restricting tire iron ownership. You know; a curious child gets hold of a tire iron and someone could die, right there…

Unfortunately it does look like he had to be charged with something. To the credit of the prosecutor, they look like they are trying to be as lenient as possible.

Now we are in for it. “Rapists Lives Matter” will be protesting at City Hall….Registration and background check will be required to own or purchase tire irons. But he didn’t use a gun, so that helps his legal cause a lot in a slave state like NY!
