So, in an effort to stay classy, George Zimmerman decided to auction the gun he used in lawful self defense to kill Trayvon Martin. Fortunately, the auction site saw the PR disaster that was and pulled the auction.

Good on ‘broker for separating support for unfettered commerce from pure dumbassery, good move from practical biz standpoint too, the alternative auction site got overloaded and went Tango Uniform.
Like I said when I linked this shit in a previous post where somebody was ragging on Trump for calling Zimmerman “prone to trouble”, that boy actually seeks it; he can’t stay out of the spotlight no matter how much it burns.

I’m guessing Gunbroker figured the negative impacts to the site, the gun community and Internet gun buying in general wasn’t worth the expected one-time auction fees.
