Depends on what we mean by “we”.
We the American people and we as a free nation will survive and thrive with Trump. Not so much because of what he will do, but because of what he *won’t* do.
We as a people will survive the Beast also. The nation maybe not so much, at least as we have known it…because of what she *will* do.
I’ll say again that while there are myriad problems and issues to be dealt with (or not), the two that will control the others, and ultimately “survival” as a nation, are 1.) whether we will be systematically overwhelmed a’la Europe with non-Americans irrevocably displacing and replacing us, and 2.) while I don’t think registration and confiscation will be immediate, whether moves to restrict private gun ownership and use will incrementally and through attrition remove the ability of our heirs to resist that displacement and the appropriation of our wealth and property and freedom.
The election of Hillary Clinton would quite probably be the dark portal of no return for the American Empire…and I am thoroughly convinced that is the plan.

Hillary just wants to avenge herself against the entire nation, maybe the entire world, for the humiliation she has suffered her entire adult life at the hands of Bill.

A good friend of mine makes a good point. Every generation is convinced that THEIRS is the one that will ruin everything for good. According to him, so far they’ve all been wrong. I disagree, I think that so far they’ve all been right.

Whoever gets elected may very well murder their party in the process. The lack of support on both sides will guarantee that whoever gets elected will be a defacto lame duck.
Make america great again / Hope and change 2.0 = same democrat shit different wrapper.
Now of course before we get finished here, I should clear up a few things:
1) I am a republican, no no a real one, as in I do more than just bitch about republicans and watch hannity on fox, I actually get up on saturday mornings and go to meetings ALL YEAR. You might call that being “establishment”…
2) I am not a hillary supporter, because that fucking bitch killed my friend in benghazi… YEAH JTC MY FUCKING PERSONAL FRIEND WAS IN THAT ATTACK ….was yours … great fuck off then.
3) While I dig some conservative views I don’t completely disagree with trump, I simply think that he is a slimy shitwaggon that has now surrounded him with not just a money guy that helped murder the republican party in 2000, and a campaign manager who is as dirty as they come.
4) Trump is an opportunist, gun rights are on his plank FOR NOW… at least till its to late, then its likely going to be at least watered down.
5) You can Throw all the mad insults you want, I am lining my tear bucket with them but your are still losing the argument.
Now you can commence with the trumPeting and eventual locking of the comments.
P.S. TAM – Laws go through something called “reconciliation” as they pass back thru the senate, this isn’t some sneaky 11th hour shit, the president is fully aware… reagan KNEW what he was doing when he signed that law, your attempt to defend it otherwise is dishonest..
