The other nine, along with that one woman, are perfectly normal women. The photographer is Houston based, so he had about a gazillion armed women to choose from in obtaining these portraits.

Because fuck you?
Who says they need a reason? Giving a reason is tacit admission that you need one, and I’m not playing that game. No one ever asked me to explain why I “need” a Leatherman Tool, or a chainsaw, or gasoline cans and matches, or pretty much anything else I’ve ever owned.
Someone asks me why I carry a gun; that’s my answer. “The checkout clerk at the supermarket doesn’t demand that I justify everything in my shopping cart. It’s no more your business than why I own any other thing or substance I own.”
