Disparity of force

A 165lb man was punching a 115lb woman. And she stabbed him in the face. Good for her. So, obviously, the lawyers don’t think she was punched enough to use deadly force.

Mmmmm, possession with intent means she was engaged in criminal activity which is a disqualifier in the SYG statute. From looking at Google maps, there is a very close to zero chance that she was not there selling said drugs…

Even though fists kill more people than rifles, which includes all those so called “assault weapons”?

Sounds like the free defense lawyer is worth every penny.

“How many punches equal deadly force, before the blows justify a response with deadly force?”

I’m a 6’2″ 195 lb male and my answer: 1. If you don’t want to get shot then don’t hit me. Don’t hit my 5’3″ 120 lb wife either: you’ll get shot for that too.

I’m personally acquainted with a man that has brain damage and permanent physical damage from being “punched”. Don’t let anyone tell you it can’t happen.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
