    Looks like a real gun to me. In fact, the one on the left would probably get you shot if pointed at someone who is armed.

    If it’s heavy enough to be used as a club, it counts as a weapon for some offenses like aggravated assault or even armed robbery.

    If you would shoot him for pointing it at you and saying something threatening, why not arrest him for it?

    FL law on assault says that if you threaten someone and that person believes you have the means to carry out that threat, you have committed assault. So yea, that is what happened.
