Maybe that’s because “people of color” are 10 times more likely to shoot someone than white people.

for the sake of this one article, they should’ve switched back to “african american” and “caucasian”. i can’t tell if they’re saying black outline targets (like the picture) or pictures of african americans or actual living people.

Well since black on black murders are the largest segment of murders by race.. they journalist is right.

They are quicker to pull the trigger on their own kind.

Seems that Hispanic cops are pretty fast on the draw with white dudes. They blast this guy as soon as he puts his hands up.
