The same issue has come up in Washington State. I don’t think the big box hardware retailers have pulled them from shelves but I haven’t checked. One national retailer of marine supplies has pulled some marine distress flares from their shelves.
Hey, the “bug a salt” “gun” should require a background check. And people leaving Colorado should be searched for marijuana. Anything to make big govt. bigger. The LIV’s deserve it.
Oh good grief! I should have known the background check bills pushed were so stupidly over the top, because that’s how anti-gunners roll.
So along with nail guns and flare guns, black powder muzzleloaders require background checks? Yep, gotta stop that crime wave of Brown Bess armed robbers!
Nobody tell the Oregon regulators about pneumatic tools, or they’ll outlaw both the tools. And those blocks of 100 nails, sold in packs of 2000 or so, that you can load into an air-powered nailer and shoot through wood, one after another as fast as you can pull a trigger, like spraying death from the hip. Or at least like spraying nails into wood, I guess.

Don’t fix it. Shut down the contractors. They just build houses so more Californians can move in.
