As government grabs more control of “health care” everything becomes a health issue.

Remember the National Socialists’ “Racial Hygiene” programs? Yeah; whether or not you married, who you married, whether you were allowed to keep your reproductive organs, and whether or not you were allowed to continue breathing, were all “health” issues.

Nothing has changed but the tactics, and eventually even the tactics will look more and more like those of the 1930s and early ‘40s, or of Soviet Russia. It’s part of the disease we now call “Progressivism”.

We gave the CDC one effing job, and they totally screwed it up with the ebola response.

Maybe we should throw the CDC into the pile of federal agencies whose time has run out.
