Stopped for open carry

And winning in court: The court finds that there was no reason to believe he was engaged in illegality, that the officer at most had the power to ask a few questions, but no power to arrest or even detain.

As a Buckeye for all my Life, I will say that Open Carry has been Legal in this State for nearly a Decade. For the Toledo Cops to Claim that they didn’t know that was the Law is Horsehit, ESPECIALLY since we’ve had State Preemption for Years now AND the Ohio Supreme Court CLOBBERED the City of Cleveland a few years ago over their Anti-Gun Laws.

IF a Cop in Ohio tells a Judge “I didn’t Know” in 2015, he/she should be charged with Perjury.

He should be fired and made to pay back with interest whatever the town/state paid to train him to be a cop.
As long as cops have no financial liability they will continue to act with as they do and the public will continue to pay.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
