Rand Paul, who is so pro gun that if you don’t believe him then he’ll shoot you, not invited to the NRA AM.

I had heard that Rand Paul was going to be a speaker at the NRA convention. Being well aware that he is probably the most gun rights in Congress, certainly in the Senste, it is mind boggling thst he is not invited!!

He got disinvited because he’s helped NAGR and GOA fundraise.

The NRA is a business. Their business is fundraising. They can’t do that if the gun rights battle is won. They cannot do that as well if it is lost.
Their path to maximum profitability is a continuous battle. Anyone who doesn’t understand that doesn’t realize that the NRA collects over $200 million a year, and LaPierre gets about a million of that.
