Hands on the HK VP9

Handled it at the HK booth:

Ergonomics seemed good, comparable to an M&P. I liked that the rear display a red dot to let you know it’s cocked. I’m not a fan of the trigger guard mounted magazine

It’s a bitch getting those trigger-guard-mounted magazines to feed. 😉

Wait, so HundK basically copied a Walther?

    I’m… well, speechless.

Stop playing grabass with the guy in a kilt and POST SOME PICTURES! ;->

I love my VP9. Most favoritist pistol ever.

I bought my first polymer pistol, the HK45, back in late 2007 (I think) – not long after the HK45 hit the gun shops. I immediately fell head-over-heels for trigger guard mag-release lever(s), as well as the ergonomics and accuracy.

The HK45 is my main home defense sidearm and the P2000sk .40 LEM has become my EDC. I quit looking at self-defense sidearms five years ago.

Now, if H&K ever offers a single stack VP45sk, I might get a little inquisitive and check my bank balance.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
