Right in the wallet

Even better news from The Brady Camp losing their lawsuit:

Adding to the sting of losing the case, the Court also held that “defendants Lucky Gunner and the Sportsman’s Guide are entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs.”

I would guess the Brady people will hang the plaintiffs out to dry and leave them on the hook for the fees and costs, and maybe even want the money they spent on the lawsuit reimbursed.

@Geoff: I doubt the plaintiffs stepped up without Brady promising to cover costs.

That said, I wonder if the Brady team realized they could be on the hook for defense costs. It’s part of the statute, but I bet they didn’t think they’d actually get hit with fees.

I’ll believe it when it actually happens.

It would cost them a major portion of a year’s revenue, or more, so yeah. That or Soros will have to make it up, or any other communist or jihadist front group.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
