How criminals get guns

Oddly, it doesn’t involve background checks.

2.) sure as hell does. Same as any FFL whether it’s a pawn & gun, goose mountain, or billy bob’s good ol’ boy guns & ammo. And any FFL that refuses service to qualified buyers based on music and dress is not only costing himself sales, he’s also doing harm to the cause. I may hate rap and droopy drawers but a lot of young’uns don’t, and they’re not all bangers; excluding them from the gunnie community just widens the gap of communication and maybe sends them to the street where they probably will end up with a heated heater, creating an inadvertent criminal and stirring unnecessary resentment.

So I guess every pawn & gun store should have a bonafide with street cred on staff like the doofus that wrote that crap, to weed out the bad bloods without benefit of a 4473 and NICS? Oh, wait, he said he’s actually legit with a clean history, not like all those *other* thugs.

What a pile. And pretty shallow of you to swallow it and pass it on without considering the implications to legitimate businesses and the inclusiveness of the 2A culture.

JTC – WTH are you talking about?

Are you under the impression Uncle was saying we shouldn’t do background checks in a pawn shop? I guess I’m completely missing the point of your little rant.

MattW, maybe go ahead and actually read the linked article and Unc’s little synopsis and get back to me?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
