No surprise here; I’m sure he is.
The “Rs” in congress can just add this to the ever growing list of all the other constitutional usurpation acts Obama has committed and/or tried in the last six years to publicly whine and moan about.
But the irony is the “R” leadership decided to give Obama executive carte blanche for his last term.
With 22 more agonizing months to go, I fear we haven’t seen the worst from Obama and his politburo operating unchecked.

Even the most elementary of Constitutional scholars should know that all tax bills shall originate in the House, but then I’ve is a rogue who intends to rule unlawfully.
