Sig and ATF submit final arguments in MPX case

So reports guns.com. My guess is this video (skip to 1:50) doesn’t help Sig’s case:

You mean more like 1:57 with the tube? That’s always been the argument, that the tube and end cap the registered suppressor part. The muzzle brake will not function and does work as a brake. Yes I agree under current ATF interpretation they lose, but this needs to be pushed because it is a good idea and should be legal. Also the ATF already lost a case like this:

Read the judge’s ruling. It is solid, logical, and the way it should be since the way the ATF has it right now if you own the right combo of hardware items you have a suppressor. They already let the solvent traps slide, and at least Sig’s method will encourage registered and cheap suppressors Especially if Sig picked an I.D. and O.D. that isn’t common.

If atf wins it will be the first suppressor to ever make a gun louder

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
