There ought to be a law. No need, we have regulations for that.

So, ATF is trying to ban common ammo because law enforcement safety. David Hardy thinks it’s a legal stretch.

And the Obama admin is pushing to come up with ways to regulate drones.

No law required. Just make regulations. This is why our government is broken and inherently anti-freedom.

    Dave Hardy has the best point, no statutory authority for the regulations.

    Exactly. As a factual matter ss109s do not meet the statutory definition of A ammo. The statute is very clear as to the definition of A and anyone can break up an ss109 into its constituent parts to demonstrate it doesn’t meet the definition. If they’re dumb enough to go through with this I think they get slapped down by the courts in short order probably with injection to stop it ever taking effect
