So, you like rails?

Here’s a suppressor with picatinny rails on it. Odd. Would the addition of a forward grip make the firearm or the suppressor an AOW? Quick, ask the ATF.

So don’t put it on such a firearm.

Actually, it would make the ideal platform for an accessory that I’ve contemplated for many years– A “tactical”, Picatinny rail-mounted Mister Coffee, powered by the heat of firing. That and a doughnut warmer, and you have the ultimate LE rig, right there. You keep your coffee beans in the patch box, your doughnuts in a tactical web gear doughnut holder, and you’re ready for any eventuality. Now all you have to do is two or three quick mag dumps, wait a couple minutes, and you’re ready for a tactical snack.

IIRC, a suppressor is already considered a “Firearm” by the ATF. If you put a stock on just the suppressor, you would have created a rifle, or SBR, at which point you could never turn it back into a pistol. Once a rifle always a rifle.

I am not sure what a sig brace would do to it.
