Because anytime a cop fears for his safety, a killing spree is justified.

Anytime a cop yells for you to do something, arguing about why they are so rude should be way down on your list. YMMV.
    He’s an asshole…don’t feed it.

    The cop or the videographer?

Personally,I vote for the cop being the a-hole. Having spent time in the service, we went through, at length, what constitutes lawfull orders. This cop’s orders were in no way lawfull.

The problem I see is when an entity can get away with killing or threatening to kill civilians over an illegal order with no repercussions. Threatening someone with violence is assault plain and simple. Doing so under cover of uniform while under no threat in order to intimidate the civilian should be covered under TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW.

Unfortunately, no one is going to prosecute the cop so, thus we have tyranny.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
