Yeah, the enemedia shut up about them as soon as we started finding them, and left the sheeple to repeat the “no WMD” meme and conclude W had lied about them. Why would Saddam keep up that shell game with the UN for nothing, just to intimidate the neighbors? And what about that truck convoy up to Syria on the eve of the invasion?

The NYT’s next choice for president voted for the authorization to use military force in Iraq. The left can’t help Obama much by continuing to deny the existence of WMD in Iraq, and it’s going to become politically advantageous to admit that the people who believed the intelligence weren’t dupes.

It’s more that mustard gas and trace amounts of sarin that the US gave to Saddam to fight Iran in the 80’s hardly count as “weapons of mass destruction”. Sucky for those who stumbled upon them, but doesn’t justify an invasion.
