Gordon Ball: Tea Party Democrat? No, he’s a liar

I heard an ad on the local talk radio from an unknown running for senator. His ad had all the tea party stuff like common core is bad, low taxes, less government, pro business, balanced budget and maybe a pro-gun thing. And I thought that, well, the primary is over. Who is this guy? Some tea party upstart running as an independent. No, it turns out he’s just a democrat who’s probably lying. Here’s his webpage.

Democrats are so desperate in Tennessee, they act like they’re in the tea party.

Sounds like the Dem in KY that is running against McConnell. Lundergan Grimes has a commercial where she is shooting clays and saying she is NOT like Obama.

Too bad she is a mouthpiece of the party that says:
“We can focus on effective enforcement of existing laws, especially strengthening our background check system, and we can work together to enact commonsense improvements—like reinstating the assault weapons ban and closing the gun show loophole”

You are either FOR God given citizen’s rights or AGAINST them.
There is no “middle ground” and the “discussion about reasonable gun laws” is a figment of their imagination.

I’m old enough to remember that Barrack Obama ran to the right of McCain on taxes, deregulation, fighting terrorists, gun rights, free speech, reforming social security, medicare and medicaid.

Yep Dusty, just look up his 2006 statement as a Senator opposing raising the debt ceiling. It’s straight from the Tea Party in opposition to the Bush administration’s deficit spending and borrowing, but with him the only “change” is more.

Dusty, I still don’t know if Obama ISN’T to the Right of McCain! (Romney may have been to the right of Obama, but if Romney was President we’d have an AWB and Universal Background checks RIGHT NOW)

His blurb on guns seems legit (or a lie) but the rest is pure commie boilerplate.

Sort of like when CBS did a story on Ann Richards at the skeet range touting her 2nd Amendment chops.

Before she vetoed Shall-Issue CCW in Texas. Went down to bloody defeat in November to some guy named George.

    And the rest is history.

According to the powers DELEGATED to the Federal Government, it only has power “for governing such part of them (the militia) as may be EMPLOYED in the service of the United States” (Article I, Section 8.16)Therefore it may do NOTHING re: the RKBA for anyone who is NOT an employee and any Federal gun law outside of that is UNLAWFUL. Any President, other elected official or agent who refuses to be constrained by this has NO business in office because:

ONLY YOUR ENEMY WANTS YOU DISARMED

  7. Lyle Says:

Misrepresenting one’s self in a campaign should be a crime, punishable to rather extreme levels.

If elected representation is one of the hallmarks of our society, and you are deprived of that representation via deception, well, that’s enemy action certainly. It’s no different from voter fraud or political assassination in that the People voted a certain way, won, and that election result was then taken away from them. This happens constantly and we accept it.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
