Are they going to open up a few duffel bag throwing practice ranges? Schools? Of course we’ll need to be told what does and does not constitute an “Assault Duffel Bag”, e.g. which duffel bags are “preferred by criminals”, which ones have “shoulder thingies that go up”, whether we will we be allowed to purchase permits for concealed duffel bags, etc.
And what about “The Children”? Surely if a duffel bag can be used as a tool for self defense, it can just as readily be use against children, and furthermore will obviously be more likely to be taken from you and used against you.
No; better to keep your duffel bag rolled up, wrapped in duct tape, and locked up in a safe at home where no one can access it. It’s just not worth the risk carrying such a dangerous weapon outside the home.
Besides; violence (whether gun violence or duffel bag violence) never solves anything, remember? It only begets more violance, so just do whetever any criminal asks of you and hope for the best– You’ll be doing the whole world a favor. Think of the children.

Amtrack now joins the NRA in being bought off by industry (the duffel bag industry in this case) and advocating violence in order to serve their duffel bag corporate overlords.
