Chris Christie on magazine limits
I guess he’s planning on national politics:
“Are we saying that the 10 children on the clip they advocate for, that their lives are less valuable?” he said at an event Monday, according to a video posted on his Youtube page. “If you take the logical conclusion of their argument, you go to zero because every life is valuable. And so why 10? Why not six, six? Why not two? Why not one? Why not zero? Why not just ban guns completely?”

I had to click through for context. It seems, if we are to take him at his word, that he wants to reduce gun violence, but disagrees — for now — that limiting magazine size is the way to do it.
I might add — if he really feels that way, could he not, by executive order, remove the current 15-round restriction? (Or get someone to sponsor legislation to that effect, which he’d promise to sign?) That he does not is, to me, a clarification — Chris Christie is NO 2nd Amendment supporter.
It’s a pity no one tried to pin him down on this. “Governor, if limiting magazine size isn’t the right way to go, then what IS the right way?”

I saw how well a fairly decent fellow, a successful businessman, who did pretty well as a Republican Governor of a really blue state, could do as a presidential candidate when Romney ran.
I don’t need to see that farcical comedy again, against the Hillary Beast.
I want to see someone who will call her a damn liar to her face, not someone who will be only half as bad on issues I care about as her.
