Why Did It Take So Long To Get a Striker-Fired SIG?

Interesting read. Of course, I’m also wondering why we don’t have a single stack 9mm from Glock.

SayUncle, you know the answer to that question:

    Let me remind you:

The only way glock could make a single stack 9 is to set up manufacturing in the U.S. Apparently they have done that now, but they used that resource to bring us the g42 instead. Who knows, a glock ss-9 could be the next addition to the glock catalog, in another 3-6 years.

Yeah but they have a facility here now. no need for import worries.

  3. Paul Says:

“Cause we’ve got a single stack .380 instead. They’ll probably sell like ice water in Hell, despite my lack of interest.

  4. Critter Says:

Meh, i’ll buy one, because Glock.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
