On the Sure-Draw glock partial safety

I was not a fan. Thought it was unnecessary, frankly. Tam has a different view.

One time I had a scare when some of my shirt bunched up in my IWB holster when holstering my Glock. The fabric bunch could potentially have rolled inside the trigger guard and actuated the trigger. Most of the comments I’ve seen on this device say just don’t put your finger on the trigger, assuming the trigger guard is a magical force field that keeps out all non-finger objects. A lot also assume the Sure-Draw is intended to be used at some time other than holstering, which is surely contributed to by the maker calling it a “Sure-DRAW”. Probably not the best decision on their part.

Seems like a bad place to put the button. If you don’t properly engage it, and you have the nd, now you have a hole in your leg AND a missing thumb.
