Illinois has a stand your ground law, including castle doctrine for riotous entry, and including immunity from civil suits. If Durbin tries to peddle his BS here, Madigan will just wave his pinky ring at him and tell him to sit quietly in the corner. Guttierez is a piece of crap. He’s looking to protect his pachucos from being shot while robbing and raping now that their potential victims will be carrying.
