    — The Third Circuit said Friday that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey may continue to confiscate the firearms of non-New Jersey residents traveling through Newark Liberty International Airport, ruling a federal law protecting gun owners does not apply when walking through an air terminal.

    “…Newark Liberty International Airport…”

    Irony much?

No surprise, most courts work for the enemy.

NJ court? OF COURSE they do.

  4. Shootin' Buddy Says:

Can we now declare New Jersey in a state of rebellion and send in federal troops?

  5. Joel Stoner Says:

    That would be kewl shootin.

  6. Sigivald Says:

Not really a NJ court – the Third District here is the US Third District; this is a Federal appeals court.

Which is even worse, since you’d think Federal judges would know better.

    – Its not about knowing, but about what their policy preferences are.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
