Make your own, get the AN from instant cold packs and the aluminum powder can be had from crumpled up aluminum foil & a file.

The bombs were made using the contents of common fireworks (mostly BP and flash powder I rekon). Just watch what happens to the fireworks industry this July.

@SteveA, the Al powder has to be MUCH finer than you can get with a file. I’ve heard, but I haven’t tried it, that you can get better quality Al powder by putting the Al foil in a blender with water, then dry it out after “blending” for some period of time. I’m skeptical but it probably will work better than the file method.
There are <a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-German-Dark-Aluminum-Powder/"other methods that probably will work but take longer.
The AN found in cold pack works fine in explosives.

A Coffee grinder works well. Yes it is much harder to get fine powder with just a file however it can be done, just takes more elbow grease.
