No, really. That’s what an Alabama Democrat emailed to a constituent who said he wasn’t a fan of this gun control:
Your folk never used all this sheit to protect my folk from your slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed, imported criminal-minded kin folk. You can keep sending me stuff like you have however because it helps me explain to my constituents why they should protect that 2nd amendment thing AFTER we finish stocking up on spare parts, munitions and the like.
I don’t know that English is his first language.

The really confusing part is twofold.
First, the original email has nothing remotely resembling even a hint of racial content, at all.
Second, the reply, after going off about Whitey, supports the Second Amendment and individual armament, at least for black people.
So he goes off on an unprovoked racist rant at a constitutent he actually agrees with on the policy matter?
Baffling.

Secret Squirrel, it is racially motivated speech but I wouldn’t call it hate speech. The term “hate speech” is used to shut people up and have their views disregarded, whether it should be disregarded (like his) or not.
