ATF raids FPS Russia

40 agents showed. No arrests and no firearms confiscated. Odd case. What it was about seems to be this:

A person is required to obtain a federal explosives manufacturing license if they intend to engage in the business of manufacturing explosives for sale, distribution or for their own business, Coes said.

The ATF believed that Myers was violating this law.

“The claim is that he was using explosives and getting paid for it via YouTube,” Coes said.

He just started making vids again.

If this was a mob movie, It would make it seem that the target didnt get the message the first time…

  2. HBorn Says:

Their production crew has licensed explosive handlers onsite during filming.

  3. Sigivald Says:

27 CFR 555 says you need a license/permit to get explosives across a state line, among other ridiculous things.

Probably some alleged violation under there; as usual I wish the reporting would name specifics.

  4. tincankilla Says:

pretty sure there were no specifics because the ATF had only specious evidence and no proof of wrongdoing. they just wanted to see if they could find anything and take down a guy who popularizes weapons and explosives. think Hickok45 is next?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
