As Freiheit mentioned, the headline is misleading. What Biden actually said is:
“No Law Abiding Citizen in the United States of America has any fear that their Constitutional Rights will be infringed in any way. None. Zero”
Of course, what he MEANT to say, is that HE doesn’t care about the rights of citizens. None. Zero.

The “law-abiding citizen” has no fear that their rights will be infringed.
So, if you DO fear that your rights will be infringed, you are NOT (by logical deduction) a “law-abiding citizen”. And what’s the opposite of a “law-abiding citizen”, boys and girls?
