tsa – thieves standing around. As*h**e in the Houston airport tried to steal the lighter out of my cigarette case. It had only been through I don’t remember how many airports in the country and abroad.

I took it back from the bitch, broke the top off, then gave it back to her.

If the TSA is going to confiscate an item such as Play-Doh as a possible plastic explosive why are they putting it in a confiscated items bin and not evacuating the airport for public safety?

  3. mikee Says:

There used to be a crime category for using an official position of authority for personal gain. This was separate from the embezzlement, bribe taking or malfeasance performed.

The TSA personnel should be subject to such a charge and the enhanced penalty it carried.

    Wonder what “discarded” means. Jack.

    Mikee —

the TSA isn’t selling these. TSA GIVES these to the STATE government. The STATE sells them.

Of course, if TSA Officer PedoBear pockets your shiny stuff instead of turning it in for forfeiture to teh state, THAT would be criminal.

Much better than the rules about confiscations involving other contraband, such as cars and such siezed because teh owner had a joint in the ashtray, then either retained for use by the siezing agency, or sold by the siezing agency for off-budget funds.

THAT is a blatant temptation to encourage bogus siezures for gain.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
