    I was going to leave this comment at Tam’s, but lots of people already said it a lot.

    1. The first rule of a knife fight is don’t;
    2. Your knife must never be seen, only felt;
    3. You may carry a scary-ass Bowie strapped to your
    thigh provided you have your J-frame near your
    hand while the other guy is looking for you to
    reach for the knife.

    BTW, 😉

    That quote from the Untouchables, bringing a knife to a gunfight. The “dumb dago” brought a a machine gunner to the gunfight. Violence. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_d5jXDvrOu4

    the clips on the MTAC are available in a Velcro style that will stick to an appropriate gun belt. This means that the clips are not visibly hanging on your belt when it is worn under a tucked in shirt.

    After I was made by a student in a class that I was teaching, I switched to these, and no one has made me since.

    I prefer the wide metal belt clips on the Crossbreed to the skinny plastic ones on the MTAC, but that’s a personal thing (though I do think they’re probably stronger and more durable). Beyond that, I don’t see any differences that are significant to me. YMMV according to your personal needs and tastes, of course.

    I wonder how many people buy either holster, load it up, tuck in the their shirt and admire their cleverness at finding a solution for 100% discreet concealed carry…

    … and then walk out to there car that’s plastered with NRA stickers.

  6. Ron Larimer Says:

    Kevin, I do that daily… Of course I am often wearing a IDPA T-Shirt, an NRA Polo or a Blackwater long sleave shirt too 😉

  7. Geodkyt Says:

    Kevin, for that very reason, I thought long and hard before putting the “Guns Save Lives” magnet on the back of my car.

    My theory is:

    A. Fighting the progaganda war is also important.

    B. Most of teh people I will be carrying around will not see me next to teh back of my car, or notice the wording if they do, so no dead-giveaway there.

    C. Enough people in my area have their vehicles plastered with all sorts of gun stuff, yet I know that statistically, most of them do not carry — and I’ll bet the troglodytes do, too.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
